William Cook BBus

William Cook is an experienced IT advisor with more than a decade of experience covering both small IT companies and large international software vendors.

Having consulted to an enormous array of industries, from professional services right through to the automotive and manufacturing industries, he has local and international expertise in leveraging information technology for better business results.

To the Board, William brings a deep understanding of IT and its application within the commercial envionment.

Simon Hann LLB, BComm

Starting his career as a solicitor with a Melbourne legal firm, Simon then founded and managed Aframe, a leading Australian e-Learning content development and delivery provider which serviced private, public and government clients across the Asia Pacific region.

So successful was his venture, that in February 2007 Aframe was acquired by SalesForce, which is part of the ASX listed Salmat Group.

Simon brings the experience of a Chief Executive Officer to the Board and his expertise in developing, implementing and managing business strategies to achieve performance objectives.

Paul Mizzi

Paul Mizzi is a Co-Director of Repsmart and his strengths lie in his intricate understanding of building successful businesses.

With more than two decades in business, he has been involved in many successful business ventures including property development, hotel ownership, manufacturing enterprises and importing.

Paul's commercial acumen has been best highlighted when he doubled the revenue of one of his businesses, transforming it from a $2.6 to a $5.2 million per annum enterprise within 18 months.

During his career, Paul has capitalised on his particular business competencies of leveraging people management as well as reviewing operating procedures, implementing improvement strategies and maximising outcomes

Jamie Hutchins BSc BEng Elec (Hons)

Jamie has more than 15 years experience in the consulting and software industries and was one of the founding members of Digital Tree.

Beginning his career in the mining industry with Rio Tinto, Jamie moved quickly into consulting and now specialises in providing software for the financial services industry.

He has worked for a range of companies including Deloitte Consulting, JP Morgan, Natwest Markets and most recently SimCorp.

Jamie brings an exceptional level of expertise in the provision of software products and services to the Board, particularly in relation to managing the commercial aspects of large contracts.

Sally Romano BA BBus (PR) MPRIA

Sally Romano is the founder of one of Australia's most exciting PR agencies, Publicity Queen.

She has developed a trademarked PR methodology, TRUEpublicity and has advised hundreds of micro- through to medium-sized businesses on using PR to drive better business, brand and bottom-line results.

Together with her extensive knowledge of the SME sector, Sally brings a high degree of marketing expertise and creativity to the Board.
