ERP System Integration

Takes data from one system and automatically imports it into the company's ERP system (e.g. SYSPRO, SAP). It can also take data out of the ERP system to be used in another system. Many larger companies rely on their ERP system, but it may not be able to do what they need all the time. They need a third party piece of software to do this, and the ability to exchange data between the two packages.
Helpdesk Management Software

Manages a company's customer support function. The company can record issues that customers raise, assign these issues to a member of staff, and record any follow ups. This function can remind appropriate staff members of outstanding customer support issues. It can also generate reports about issues that are consistently being raised, or customers who raise issues more than other customers. Issues can be prioritised so that more important items are addressed first.

KPI Management

Monitors and reports on key performance indicators that are important to the company. KPIs might include number of jobs completed per day, revenue for the week, number of remakes required, customers who are dropping off in sales over the past three months.

Roster Management

Provides a facility to set up rosters for staff. Takes into account business rules such as required timegaps between shifts, required skillsets for each type of shift and history of staff member. This can then be linked to payroll system and staff clock-in system, to automatically generate wage payments.
Stock Management

Allows a company to keep track of stock they keep in their warehouse, as well as stock transactions in and out. Can be either their own stock or stock they keep on consignment for other companies. Can include facility to barcode scan stock as it goes into or out a warehouse. Can be integrated with logistics companies' systems to streamline flow of information.
Subscription Management

It manages customers who subscribe to a service. It takes care of multiple pricing categories, subscription renewals, invoicing, mail-out management and others.
Supplier Portal

It provides a facility for suppliers (or subcontractors) and the company to exchange information.
