Monitors and reports on key performance indicators that are important to the company. KPIs might include number of jobs completed per day, revenue for the week, number of remakes required, customers who are dropping off in sales over the past three months.

- KPIs help staff remain focused on achieving goals that are good for the company
- KPIs illustrate to management when some aspect of the business is not working as it should.
- KPI information can be made available at the time decisions are being made, for example which supplier to use for a job based on recent performance
Who would benefit from this?
- Every company should have KPIs and this is a system that enables constant monitoring of them
